Cute shoes
These were instantly comfortable, if just a little big. They worked best with a light pair of socks for me, but I enjoyed them and got compliments. Could use a bit more velcro on the straps -- my narrow instep made the strap come way down on the velcro on the outside, and it let go sometimes.

great shoes
Love the style of these shoes and the sole is wonderfully comfortable to walk on. The shoe itself is also very comfortable except where the bit of fabric is joined to the front-top. It is a bit tight, especially the left shoe for some reason. It seems that when this piece is stitched in it gets pulled tighter than the shoe. By wearing and pulling at the shoes a bit they have become OK although still a little tighter than I would like. Hopefully they will stretch a little bit more because the rest of them is sooo comfortable.

Not meant for serious walking
These shoes are very attractive and comfortable. They are great for wearing around town but definitely not meant for lots of walking, which is what I was hoping for. The cushioning is not great and the mesh and nylon trim rub on my feet and cause blisters if I do alot of walking. (It would help to wear socks, but who wants to do that in the summer). A softer fabric trim would be a better solution.

Great shoe but runs large!
This is a super cool looking shoe! I wear a standard size 7 in all shoes, but I needed to order a full size smaller in this shoe. I got the 37 (6-6.5) and it fit perfectly, perhaps even roomy. The mesh will be very cool in the summer. I am going on a trip to italy this august and will be bringing these shoes along. I am packing some cute dresses and skirts, but wanted a good sport shoe to wear with my new outfits and I think this shoe will be just sporty enough. They are very comfortable and offer a lot of support and cushioning. I have a medium width foot and these are perfect. There is plenty of velcro on the strap to ensure a comfortable fit! I got the black ones.

Very cute but...
These shoes are extremely cute, there is no doubt about that. I get compliments on them all the time. However, there are two major issues that I have with these shoes that probably would have stopped me from purchasing them (and I don't even wear them that often anymore because of these problems): 1) The back of the left shoe cuts into my heel, making it somewhat raw and red after a day at the office (light walking, nothing major). 2) THEY STINKKKK!!!! These shoes don't "breathe" and WILL make your feet smell terribly (if worn without socks, which is really the only way you can wear these), no matter if you have problems with foot odor or not. I have never had problems with smelly feet/shoes, but with these, I do. I can even smell how bad they are when the shoes are ON, if I have my foot crossed over my knee or something. It's really bad. Awesome shoes!
I bought these shoes to wear for work and they are so comfortable that I can wear them all day and still walk a mile home after work. These also look great with tights and a skirt or dress them down with jeans. Fits true to size. I was so pleased with these shoes that I bought 2 more pairs in different colours!!!

Love this shoe!
Been trying to find a "not too ugly" comfortable shoe for years now that would accommodate my orthotics. This is the answer!! It looks good on the foot even at size 8.5, is light weight, very comfortable and sturdy! Now I have something I can wear to work other than "black sneakers"!!

I plan to purchase a couple of more pairs just in case they decide to discontinue the style and even a pair in white for casual wear when sneakers are just a bit too casual.

Good shoe!
I love this shoe, dressy yet comfortable, I wear it to work, school, out with friends, everywhere.

My only qualm is that there is a little foot pain with a lot of walking, which was solved by inserting arch supports. I have other shoes with better arch support that don't hurt my feet and don't require inserts, but these are much cuter so it is worth it to buy the arch support inserts to make them the perfect shoe.

I ordered these in a size 8, the size I usually wear, but I had a hard time wearing these because the jane-strap is too skinny for my foot. The Velcro piece under the decorative button is very short, I could barley clasp them (I have somewhat thin feet and weigh around 105, so I would say they are made for someone with long skinny feet and small ankles...) When I got them secured, I noticed that the toe of the shoe is curved up drastically to where the toes are floating which is a weird feeling. I ended up having to send these back because the ankle part rubbed my skin raw and the Velcro kept coming undone while I was walking. These are SOOO cute and I wish they fit properly! I love Blowfish shoes though, they are hands down my favorite brand of shoe on the planet!

Cute shoes but not very comfortable
I originally saw these at a retail store in the sale section. I contemplated on buying them since I loved how they looked on my feet but they didn't have the color I wanted in my size. I looked on amazon and noticed they were on sale so I decided to get them. I've only worn them once so far, and am hesitant about wearing them again. I spent most of the day walking around in them and by the evening had a hard time wanting to step or walk anywhere since the back part of the shoe kept rubbing the back of my ankle. There was also no foot support which made standing in them for long periods of time very uncomfortable. I may keep them for house use, but I don't think they are very practical otherwise.

These shoes hurt when you first walk in them. My feet got torn up in the front and back. After they have been stretched out and you have the calluses that buffer any rubbing they are all good. If you can put up with a little pain for a while I highly recommend them because they are adorable and completely worth it. True to size and super cute.

Is this a bad joke?
I read hundreds of online reviews of this shoe, each more glowing than the next, and scoured the Internet until I could find a pair that was dramatically reduced in price. Within seconds of trying them on, I thought I must have been on the receiving end of an Internet-wide joke; these were amongst the most uncomfortable shoes I've tried in my life.

I'm still somewhat in shock and am having quite a bit of trouble believing this (Allrounder is so widely lauded), but I have to face the facts, as well as give them to you to decide if you're willing to take a chance on this expensive footwear. Expense is NOT a problem for me; I routinely drop big bucks on multiples styles and colors of Birkenstock, Dansko, and other quality comfort brands. But they have to actually be "comfortable!"

be careful
i own many, many pairs of Mephisto shoes. They are, hands down, the best on earth. however, be careful, this line of mehphisto is made in China, not in "France as the other shoes are. There are problems with quality that you can see and feel. They just do NOT feel like a mephisto shoe. Careful!
bad 4 plantar fascitis
This shoe has no support. It cost me 3 doctor visits, an x-ray and a lot of pain to find this out. Also, the velcro tends to catch on pant or long dress fabric. I though being a Mephisto shoe, it would be a quality shoe, but NO!

OMG--WHAT'S NOT TO LIKE?!
I just loved these shoes from the second I saw them, and especially after putting them on! I ordered a slightly different style at first, but they were too big--no problem, Amazon is fab and easy to return. So I did return them, but they then did not have my size. And so I ordered these, instead--and a size smaller. These are still slightly big, but they are just so cute, comfortable, and fun--can't even think of returning them! LOVE THEM! I already bought a pair for a gift, and I'm hoping to buy a few more once they get the sizes back in for me . . . may even go smaller to get the style of cat that I want . . . it is safe to say that these do run a bit large, so it should not be a problem to go a whole size smaller or more. I do hate the fact that they are made in China--try to never buy anything made in China--but these had to be overlooked. I bought a cheaper like new pair. Very comfortable and cute. Buckle broke on right shoe. I work in Early childhood education and the kiddos loved them.

I absolutely love these shoes!
I bought a cheaper but almost like new pair. They're awesome, comfy and so super cute.
The only problem I had is that I have "maybe-a-little-fat" feet so the top part of the shoe rubbed which caused mild discomfort. I think it's part of the breaking in process so I'll still wear them, just with tights or thin socks to ward off discomfort.
They're adorable and I'm glad I got them.
