In my opinion, this shoe doesn't deserve even one star.
I can hardly believe New Balance makes such a low quality shoe. There is no padding or support at all and the tongue of the shoe is a single layer of cheap material. This pair of shoes will be returned.

She has not complained and that in itself is glowing praise. Shoes, arrived in excellent condition and correct size. Good Christmas gift.
