This shoe is, hands down, the most comfortable closed shoe I have ever worn.
I bought them first in dark grey suede in a local shoe store, then saw the black suede here at online Amazon.com. I ordered them and received them in a week!! We live overseas so that was fast. No shipping charge....also a plus.
I can not say enough about the comfort level of this shoe. We recently went on a four day walking tour of London....thankfully I had these shoes because my feet, back, and body in general wouldn't have made the long days without them.
They are like walking on a cloud...with support. Love them!!!!!!!

Very feminine comfortable shoe. Definate good value for the cost. Can't wait to get another pair. Durable material that is easy to clean.
Work shoe
I would have like a bit more arch support but they are very comfortable and working on my feet for 12 hours a day is very important to me. I would certainly recommend them.
