Cute but too big
I was really disappointed to have to return these shoes because they are cute and just what I wanted for walking on an upcoming trip to Europe. Unfortunately, they were too big, but exchanging them wouldn't have solved my problem because the heel was too loose for me so I just had to send them back.

Runs big but very comfortable
I usually wear a 7.5 but when I received them, they were too big. Thankfully, I was able to exchange them for a smaller size. The shoes are very comfortable. The only thing that I found was that the back of the shoe is high on the heel and it did rub a bit on one foot. Other than that, the shoes are great. They're like a cross between a flat and a sneaker, and how could you ever go wrong with that combination.
