These shoes make you want to walk!
And I am NOT an exercising person. I am a serious couch potato. But I have a long walk into my office from the parking lot, so I figured, what the hell. When I first put them on I almost fell over because they really do rock back and forth but you adjust quickly. They are not the cutest shoes I've ever owned, but none of these types of shoes are. They are comfortable and when walking, they sort of "push" you into your next step so that your gait is slightly faster as well. It's hard to explain. I even tried to slow down but it's like I just couldn't do it. I don't know. But whatever it is, it works!

I am sorry to say they hurt my right foot in the same spot my other pair do. They are good for short walks, but not for working.
So it will be sketchers for my work shoe. They seem to be the only ones I can stay comfortable in, at work

I am so glad i found these shoes. Since getting them my legs and knees have stopped hurting when i go walking or shopping or just strolling with my husband and dog.
